ADDITIONAL DIGITAL ONLINE DESINER MATERIAL & VIDEO RUNWAY PRESENTATION FILE
PROMOTIONAL SAMPLES IMAGE OF WORK:
- Include 6 -10 high-quality images of past work, and 6-10 sketches of the proposed collection, Title Images shown in other examples. Student designers showing for the first time can provide full collection sketches.
- Include 2 or 3 images that used on our event page website for your profile. Please size the images: 200 wide x 300 high or 400 wide x 600 high pixel jpg image.
ACTION AFTER APPLICATION APPROVAL: VIDEO
- Because of the enormous size of video files sometimes, it will use a separate service for video uploads. Title video file with: Brand Name, Fashion Designer Name, Collection Name, Number, File Type. EXAMPLE > FashionHouse-BrandayNay-My Collection-NYFMDC-SS-23-1.MP4 Demo. All HD\4K Videos that you can upload on our Creative Minds Expo Film Fest Portal Link you will receive after initial application approval.
- Digital Fashion Show Fee: Range between $45- $95 per look presented. We require designers to show a minimum of 8 looks n to take part.
- Audio use in your digital presentation at NY Fashion Meets DC should include Royalty-Free Music License.

NY Fashion Meets DC 2022 Platform Showcase
NY Fashion Meets DC plans to feature several designer shows scheduled to run with two to four days of events during August 2022. The runway also shows to be held in-person also virtually online with several in-person and virtual audiences depending on event restrictions because of COVID-19 and show locations.
When taking part in NYFMDC In-Person shows, this includes the production of our runway, models, and other production setups on location. For designers who will take part in NY Fashion Meed DC online Digital Fashion Designer shows, you get to show your chosen runway production and creativity. NYFMDC schedules your presentation on our online platform for 2022 summer events. With support, we plan on featuring several collections across different locations around the metro area.
Be sure to include any additional information for designers with respective collections and designer names. If your collection has multiple designers showcasing in our summer 2022 events, please kindly include all required information for the additional fashion designers.
Please validate to make sure you have the correct information such as the names and spelling of all individuals you plan to include and credit in your Project. - We may ask applicants to submit additional supporting information for the new collection that is required additionally for consideration alongside the application to reach a final decision.
- The NY Fashion Meets DC team decide on all show placements to provide the best experience for all participants placements.
